About Audrey

My name is Audrey Mars, and I serve buyers and sellers throughout Kansas City and the surrounding communities, including Leawood, Lenexa, Overland Park, Olathe, Gardner, and Spring Hill. With a background in marketing and wholesale construction, I bring a strategic, detail-oriented approach to real estate, while keeping the process clear and approachable for my clients. Great results come from strong communication, thoughtful planning, and truly understanding what matters most to the people I serve.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and was recognized with an Exemplary Leadership award from the University of Central Missouri. Before entering real estate, I worked closely with construction wholesalers, which gave me valuable insight into how homes are built and maintained. That experience allows me to better guide clients as they evaluate properties, prepare homes for sale, and make confident decisions that support their long-term goals.

Faith, family, and service are central to who I am. I am an active member of New Life Gardner Church, where I volunteer to support struggling first-time mothers. As the wife of a veteran, I am also passionate about supporting the veteran community through donations, awareness efforts, and events focused on mental health and suicide prevention. I bring these same values of integrity, compassion, and service into every client relationship.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy taking walks with my husband and our dog, redecorating spaces, photography, and creative marketing projects. As someone who is building a family of my own, I understand how important it is to find a home that supports both your lifestyle and your future. My goal is to provide steady guidance, honest advice, and a positive experience every step of the way.
