About Alicia

With a strong connection to the real estate industry, I bring a wealth of experience and passion to my role as a real estate professional. Throughout my adult life, I have been inspired by several family members who have worked as real estate appraisers for over 25 years, which sparked my interest in the field.

I ran a real estate appraisal office from 2005 to 2009, gaining valuable insights into the market. After the housing market crash, I pivoted to a robust career in nursing, where I nurtured my love for helping others. I loved being a float nurse! Yet, my passion for real estate and investing never faded. In 2021, I embraced a new journey that combined my enthusiasm for supporting others with my passion for real estate. In 2021, I re-entered the industry, initially concentrating on providing assistance to individuals encountering difficult circumstances and investors.

Through dedication and hard work, I've built lasting relationships with clients from all walks of life, who pledged to work with me when they were ready to sell. My approach combines compassion with strategic solutions, ensuring that every client feels supported in achieving their real estate goals.

Recently, I expanded my services by taking on the role of Realtor, providing homeowners with even more options to realize their dreams. I believe that with heartfelt dedication and diligent effort, we can all turn our aspirations into reality.
